Orthotics
At Grimshaw Chiropractic Care Centre we use the computerized Gaitscan system as part of our examination to cast and order custom orthotics from The Orthotic Group. Othotics help to reduce foot, heel, back pain and treatment for plantar fasciitis.
A visit to our Centre for orthotics will involve a careful history of your complaint, followed by an examination and gait assessment using the computerized Gaitscan system and a visual observation of your walking pattern. A non-weight bearing, subtalar neutral cast of your feet will be combined with the data from your Gaitscan and our clinical observations to make a pair of custom orthotics by The Orthotic Group that are right for you.
